RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The item you are returning must be repackaged and is in the original condition you received it. Returns are not allowed for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal.

We offer free shipping for all US orders. Business days refers to Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Retro effect not nearly as pronounced as shown in Sandmarc's sample videos
Sandmarc must have done some post-processing, as the results I've achieved with the Retro Filter are a far cry from what they should have been. You could probably have a friend do an AB blind test, and they might not even tell the difference. As a pro though, I did like the built-in anti-glare adjustment. But that alone wasn't enough to justify the purchase. On a side note, Sandmarc really needs to offer more case options that aren't exclusively for Apple iPhones. And they need to offer USPS tracked parcel as an alternative to FedEx, due to the ridiculous fees they charge.
Stolen due to stupidity of Fedex Delivery that ignored the large sign on my front door instructing parcels to be left in the planter beside the door.
FedEx sent an email stating that the package would be delivered on January 28th; however, it arrived on the 26th. The driver did not ring the doorbell as instructed and left the package in plain view from the street, which was stolen. It was left directly under the sign, which the driver completely ignored. I intended to place an order for more lenses and filters but I will not do so unless the Adaptor is replaced. Thank you.
