          Lens Flare
One of Anamorphic's unique features is it ability to give you a cinematic look to your videos. When the lens is subjected to vivid light, either through car headlights, street lights or any hard light during night shoots, it creates a lens flare similar to what you see in movies.

          Anamorphic 1.5

Needs a third party app, like the fimic pro, which is expensive app. Cannot use the anamorphic lens, using the built in camera app on iphone. While using the filmic pro app, the image gets stretched even without using the anamorphic lens, and actually there is no difference with ot without the anamorphic lens, except the blue lens flare, so in my opinion, try the filmic pro app first before you buy the anamorphic lens, Sandmarc should mention this clearly that you must buy filmic pro app

Beautiful Atmosphere and Subtle Light Flares

Only a 4 because the lens doesn't have a lock point and occasionally turns when using the Polarizing filter or my fingers just accidentally move it then everything is skewed of course. I shouldn't have to be looking out for that and EVERYTHING else too..... I put a piece of tape on it to keep it squared up horizontally with the iPhone lens. And - it is very hard to screw on to the case mount. I'm very dexterous but I feel sorry for someone who is not. It takes a while to get the hang of, definitely. Otherwise, it's a beautifully subtle lens.

          Worth the Wait!

Love shooting ultra wide with this and Filmic Pro! They are a great combo! It’s a bit challenging to mount the lens to the phone, though.
