I have not used it yet for vlogging . But with that said it is put together very well I dont like my vlogging equipment to raddle or rock when being used. Nice product the only down fall is the nut that is on the GoPro mount. It should be made into the plastic mount. Other than that I would give it a 9 out of 10
The build quality is good on this pole. One thing i do not like is that when extending the pole, there is not safe guard to prevent the pole form fully sliding out. so every time, I use it, I have to be careful not to pull out too hard or too fast. There should be a fasterner that prevents this.
Great pole. I was looking for something that could extend a fair amount but compress back to a manageable length. This is the perfect pole. Light weight (7 oz.) and can extend all the way to 25”. It is only 10” when retracted. Each section slides easily after rotation that section’s twist lock. The handle is a perfect size and is easy to hold even without gloves. It is easy to rinse out as well. When getting in and out of the water I just clip it to my BCD when diving and when snorkeling, I just hang on to it in a retracted length for getting in and out. I really like it. Check out a couple of videos of a couple different dives I did last week in Maui. I’’m in love with the compact pole, is the perfect size to carry on in my backpack. Thanks
I found the telescoping rings(tightening/loosening) to be very well made. The connecter for the camera mount was very low quality with the nut falling off and having to use a screwdriver to hold everything together. Luckily I had a GoPro adapter that I secured into the mount to hold the GoPro in place. Sure hope I don't lose my GoPro because of poor quality mounting.
